Pentru \u00eendeplinirea acestui plan, cei 3 medici: Dr. C\u00e2mpeanu Liviu, Dr. Teodoreanu Haralambie\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0Dr. Popper Maximilian au cump\u0103rat terenul pe care este actualmente cl\u0103dit sanatoriul.<\/p><p>Cump\u0103rarea terenului a fost transcris\u0103 \u00een registrul la nr. 4805, 4807 \u0219i 4808 la grefa Tribunalului Prahova, sec\u021bia notariat, \u00een ziua de 24 mai 1934. Lucr\u0103rile de construire a sanatoriului au \u00eenceput imediat dup\u0103 cump\u0103rarea terenului \u0219i au durat p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00eenceputul lunii Decembrie 1934. Primul pacient intrat \u00een sanatoriu este \u00eenregistrat la data de 11 decembrie 1934. Alimentarea sanatoriului cu apa s-a realizat prin captarea izvoarelor, situate la distanta de 550 m de sanatoriu. Alimentarea cu energie electrica se face de la C\u00e2mpina prin Primaria Ora\u0219ului Predeal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
